Our Process

Site Survey/Consultation

We conduct a detailed survey to assess floor levels, insulation requirements, and the specific needs of your underfloor system.

Technical Design/Quotation

Our team calculates the required screed, insulation depths and heating pipe spacing to ensure maximum thermal efficiency with a design bespoke for your project to perfectly match your needs

Preparation & Installation

We ensure the subfloor is correctly prepared with membranes, insulation and edge strips to prevent damp, leaks and thermal bridging. For underfloor heating, we install the manifold, lay the pipework, and pressure test the entire system before any screed is poured. Using high-performance pumps, we install the liquid screed. This process is significantly faster than traditional sand and cement, providing a laser-level finish.

Aftercare & Completion

We provide clear instructions on ventilation and foot traffic (usually allowed after 24–48 hours) to ensure the floor sets correctly. At the optimum time (typically 7–10 days post-pour) the surface laitance can be removed. We can also guide you through the UFH commissioning process of gradually increasing the heating temperature to safely remove moisture before tiles or timber are laid.
